I don’t remember the last time I felt like this. I am a new person. I have experienced so much freedom when it comes to food. No more dieting. I know how to listen to my body and feel my feelings instead of stuffing them down with food. If you have the chance to have Carly as your coach, TAKE IT. I have lost 30lbs as a bi-product of listening to my body—it was never the goal or the focus. And I will keep this weight off because I am not doing a crazy diet, I am just no longer afraid of my feelings.

I was able to say things to Carly that needed to be said for over 60 years. To be able to tell her these things—that's something I have never done. Once you get things out, you can actually tackle it and change it.

I've been very happy with what Carly has been doing, and right away, she zeroed in on the actual problems that have been holding me back on my weight loss and overall health goals.
