My name is Carly Tino, and I am a Board-Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, specializing in behavior change and habit sustainability. I am here to help you realize your potential and take actionable steps to make it your reality.

I have extensive experience in the clinical setting coaching clients regarding general health maintenance, weight loss, diabetes prevention, and chronic disease management.

My approach is this:

You already know what you need to do to be healthy.

• You know you need to eat well
• You know you need to move your body
• You know you need to manage your stress

Knowing what to do isn't your problem. The problem is that you don't know how to implement habits and changes in a way that will actually last.

Be honest with yourself for a moment. How many diets have you tried that have failed? How many workout plans have you said, “this time I am actually going to do it,” only to find yourself reflecting back on the wishful dream months later?

As your coach, I am here to come alongside you to guide you in behavior change and habit sustainability. It is pointless, and can even be harmful, to fall into the “on the wagon, off the wagon” mentality that I witness every day. I say…

There is no wagon. Just one continuous life filled with a series of choices.

YOU have agency over the actions you take every day, and you are more powerful than your feelings in the moment. That is, if you have the knowledge and skills necessary to make it happen.

To have a different outcome, you need a new approach.

As your coach, I am committed to:

3. Identifying barriers that have faced in the past, and may continue to face
4. Creating a game plan that you feel confident in
5. Giving you the tools, resources and knowledge necessary to grow toward your goals
